In the meantime the knowledge accomplished with many highly qualified martial art athletes , that sportive techniques (skills) in a case of emergency alone won't guarantee an efficient defence.
The dilemma is found in the will of not throwing over board the stylistic (martial) art, which is successfully practised in training and/or during contests over the years, and which possesses a personally high value.
FNY offers the opportunity in form of a TRAINER-BASE-EDUCATION, to learn a basic package of self-defence techniques (skills), which can be arranged for completion of martial arts training in one's own dojo.
The basic program comprises skills of Nippon Jiu-Jitsu, the weapon less self-defence as well as Yaku-Kobu-Jitsu self-defence skills by the use of stick, knife, rope and nerve-stick.
With intensive training the basic program is learnable in a short period of time and if needed, expandable by a modular construction system.
The skills of Yaku-Kobu-Jitsu are suitable for executing with articles of purely practical value (e.g. scarf, umbrella, etc. pp.)
For instructors of martial art schools the basic program constitutes an ideal completion for the well-trained style, and a second safely pivot leg in real conflict situations.
